GJIMT organized two week PHP Workshop to provide demanding skills to its students on developing an online eShop using PHP

Gian Jyoti Institute of Management & Technology, Phase-2 Mohali to provide skills to their students which are in demand in industry to provide them & excellent opportunity for self-employment and starting their own enterprises organized two week Workshop to provide demanding skills to its students on developing an online eShop using PHP. Industry gives hefty pay packages to students with such skills. The skills were that, which are required to be imparted as per the requirement of university and many students have shown their interest for attending the PHP classes, which was nearly 2 weeks programme.

While speaking at the moment JS Bedi, Chairman of GJIMT said that no doubt employment opportunities has increased in Mohali and Chandigarh as these cities are IT hub but it has seen sometime students are unable to be recruited on job due to lack of professional courses This is the main reason that GJIMT has arranged this opportunity of its students so that every possible hurdle may be eradicated from their life &Students of MCA and MBA are trained in these classes according to the demand of Industry . He further added that such seminars are highly useful for the students for getting practical information of applications to be successful in life. On completion of this course, students have technical skills and knowledge to use Linux Servers to create a dynamic website with php using MySQL database. At the end Certificates were also distributed by Chairman J S Bedi.
