The suspects have been identified as Sanjay Saini, a resident of Baltana, Rajdheer, a resident of Sector 45 in Chandigarh, Rozani Kosta, Sharanpreet Kaur, Alisha, Sharanjeet Kaur, Saina Ansari, Sonia Sharma and Lalita. As per the police, the suspects were involved in human trafficking in a rented showroom of Sanjay Saini, on the pretext of a massage parlour, named ‘Brown Spa Centre’ in Sector 82 here. Inspector Daljit Singh, Station House Officer of Sohana police station said, “We got a tip-off that the suspects were using the women for flesh trade. On conducting a surprise raid there, we were able to nab them all. The suspects were produced before a local court today which sent them to judicial custody.” A case has been registered against the suspects under Sections 3 and 4 of the Immortal Traffic (Prevention) Act at the Sohana police station.
