Kulwant Singh, former mayor and leader of Azad group, expressed his views during the election campaign in various wards today. He went door-to-door today urging the people of Mohali to vote for the Azad group. Kulwant Singh said that in the last five years he has worked hard for the all round development in every ward of Mohali without any discrimination. He said that during his tenure, the city of Mohali became the first city in Punjab to install LED street lights and purchase machines for cleaning streets thereby becoming city of modern times. Former Mayor Kulwant Singh appealed to the people of Shahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali) to rise above party lines and vote for the candidates of the Azad group so that Mohali can attain greater heights in terms of development.
