E-auction of GMADA sites from Sept 14th
An opportunity to purchase industrial, commercial and residential sites in Mohali

The Punjab Government has provided an opportunity to the people to purchase property in SAS Nagar. The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) is conducting e-auction of 75 sites for IT industrial plots, commercial and institutional sites, chunk sites, and group housing sites at SAS Nagar. The e-auction would be started at 9 am on September 14 and would end at 1 pm on September 27, 2021. Disclosing this here today, an official spokesperson said that 25 booths & 36 SCO/ SCF, 4 IT industrial plots, 1 Group Housing site, 6 chunk sites, and 3 institutional sites are available in the e-auction.
