Establishments/shops dealing with poultry products and meat to be exempted from COVID restrictions- DM
Nabaz-e-Punjab Bureau, Mohali, May 1:
Girish Dayalan, IAS, District Magistrate, in the exercise of powers conferred under Section 144 of Cr.PC ordered that establishments/shops dealing with poultry products and meat shall, subject however to the observance of Covid appropriate behavior, also be exempted from Covid restrictions. Any violations shall invite criminal proceedings under the relevant provisions of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 and the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
