Mother’s Day celebrated at Ashmah International School

Ashmah International School, Sector 70 celebrated Mother’s Day at its campus. Tiny Tots made beautiful cards for their mothers. The students marked mother’s day with a fun filled programme in which the importance of mother in child’s life was recapitulated. On this auspicipous day Ashmians were glad to receive Bibi Rajinder kaur as a chief guest who really nurture 80-100 helpless and orphans in her home for homeless at Prabh Asra. She delivered a message to provide help to such people she encouraged mothers to show and to tender love and sympathy to words such kids.
The celebration was dedicated to the amazing moms, who showcased their talents in the various fronts. Various kind of innovative activities were organised for mothers. They walked on the ramp, danced on the beats of various songs, sang songs from the various decades, and mimicked the various artists. Later, Mothers and their children together created atmosphere of appreciation, creativity and competition together. Their collaboration reflected the vision of cooperation and confidence.
Creativity was its best when both mothers and child created splendid art pieces using the articles available with them. Each art piece showcased a theme. While speaking at the moment Principal Amarpreet Kaur threw light on the significance of mother day which depicts that mothers have selfless love for their children. At the end, prizes were distributed among the winners.
