EDUCATION DEPARTMENT IS PROUD OF WINNING PLAYERS OF NATIONAL SCHOOL GAMES: ARUNA CHAUDHARY

The excellent performance of the Punjab players in the 63rd National School Games continues. In the roller skating events held at Belgaum (Karnataka), the boys and girls of Punjab have won 18 medals including 5 Gold, 8 Silver and 5 Bronze.
The Education Minister, Punjab, Mrs. Aruna Chaudhary has congratulated the players of roller skating team of the State and credited the hard work of players apart from their coaches, teachers and parents for this shining achievement. The minister said that the Education Department is proud of the players from Punjab winning laurels at every event of the 63rd National School Games.
Disclosing about the medal winning players, the State Organiser of the Sports Wing of the Education Department said that Tehdil kaur Pannu bagged 2 Gold and 1 Silver, Jaireet won 1 Gold and 2 Silver, Jashanbir Singh grabbed 2 Gold, Tejbir Singh won 1 Silver and 2 Bronze, Jahnvi Sharma won 1 Silver, Jashanpreet Singh won 1 Silver, Shivay Goswami bagged 1 Bronze, Simradh Kaur won 1 Bronze, Jap Kaur won 1 Silver, Ashween Kaur won 1 Silver and Datzy Cheema grabbed 1 Bronze medal.
