The Chief Minister expressed his heartfelt sympathies for the bereaved family and relatives of Vijaya Subramanian, who died this morning at Chennai after a brief illness, at the age of 86. She is survived by her husband, two daughters and a son. Captain Amarinder Singh prayed to the Almighty to give courage to the family to bear this irreparable loss and to grant eternal peace to the departed soul. Raveen Thukral, Media Advisor to CM, also extended his condolences to Nirupama Subramanian and other members of the family. In his message, Raveen Thukral said it was a sad moment for the family and he was one with them in their hour of grief.
