Sardarni Satinder Kaur (96), wife of late former Punjab Chief Secretary Sirdar Gyan Singh Kahlon, is survived by Preneet Kaur (MP), along with a son Himmet Singh Kahlon and another daughter Geetinder Kaur. Punjab Governor V.P. Singh Badnore laid wreath at the Sector 5 residence of the deceased and shared his heartfelt sympathy with the members of the bereaved family. The mortal remains of Sardarni Satinder Kaur were consigned to fire at the electric crematorium at Sector 25 here. Besides the Chief Minister and other members of the family, Captain Amarinder’s brother-in-law, President Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) and former MP Simranjit Singh Mann, was present at the crematorium.
