RGI celebrated Holi with Flowers instead of synthetic colours

Nabaz-e-Punjab Bureau, Mohali, 28 February:
Rattan Group of institutes sector -78 celebrated Holi with Flowers instead of synthetic colours, fancy pichkaris with a great joy and enthusiasm. The flowers were mixed with herbal colours. students made a lot of fun by smearing flowers on each other. Students also danced on the tunes of famous Holi numbers. Meanwhile, the students were also given knowledge of colors of different things. They were also told that like many other festivals in India, Holi also signifies a victory of good over evil. Teachers also informed the students about the precautions to be taken while playing Holi.Later, Students were encouraged to use herbal colours and flowers at home also to prevent any mishappening.
Chairman, RGI, Sunder Lal Aggarwal while extending Holi greetings urged students to play holy with flower or herbal colours. According to them synthetic colours are dangerous for the skin and eyes. They are threat for the nature as well.Sangeeta Aggarwal member RGI informed at the moment that such celebrations fill students with energy. Holi is a grand and unique festival of colors, friendship and harmony. This helps in rejuvenating the human body. The physical movement while playing with colours also helps in the process.She further added that It was great to see that students organising event like this which help them connecting with their culture and help the students of other countries to enjoy our culture fest as well.
